The Context
DSD INC in strategic partnership with Mexico’s Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Misantla (ITSM) (misantla.tecnm.mx), launched a specialized Pega Certification Bootcamp to accelerate career readiness for students pursuing globally recognized professional credentials.

Led by DSD INC principal owner and Global Learning Director, Darryl Dunnington, the program implemented an AI-enhanced learning strategy that positioned students for measurable success in the Pega Business Architect Certification pathway.
The Challenge
Students needed to master complex Pega Business Architect concepts within a condensed academic timeframe while achieving first-time certification readiness—a historically difficult benchmark due to terminology, conceptual depth, and solution-based reasoning required in the exam.
